Refund Policy To return a faulty compact disc post the same by recorded delivery to : -
Slim & Relax with Molly Ann Fairley Iindicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be £1.00. We will replace faulty compact discs with the same title or refund back to a credit card if the title is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 14 days from receipt of goods.You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Unfortunately we cannot exchange compact discs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly. Delivery Of Goods To You We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give to us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and processed and we shall in any event endeavour to ensure that your order is with you within 30 days of despatch of the order. Any and all delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and any third parties whom we use to deliver.You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for any damage unless the same has occurred during postage.
